Progression Sevenfold!
Ok i think i have reached a stage in my Parkour Training, where i am starting to become fluid, and my moves are becoming more efficent, not only am i noticing differences in my moves, but my mindset is changing, at times when the efficient route, looked a challenging jump, or quite far, instead of giving up and saying "no way, its not possible, maybe when im better" i am actually starting to give the jumps ago, and surprising myself by landing them.
I have also realised that there is only so far the training i have been doing for the last year and a half (practicing vaults and stuff, occaisonally doing some runs) i think that ontop of that i need to do some exercises and strength training, which i have started doing, and i have already noticed a difference in my mindset and physical ability.
Plus i have realised that fact that landing a vault a few times doesn't mean you can do it. If i learn something new, i will practice it, and practice it, until i have it perfect. I need to progress mthis so that i do it with everything i do, be it a difficult Cat Leap (S2B) or a simple vault, i should practice them all so that if i am in the situation where i really need to use the techniques, then i will have no doubts that i will land the technique.
I think if i continue with what i have started recently, then my technique and skill can only improve!

Flow is something that comes with time
and is not to be rushed, work on move-to-moves and in time your body will instinctivly flow onto the next Ob. mate you have to put runs into your training eveyday there are an essential part of Parkour and if forgotten will come back to bite you. lol even if its just 3-4 move run it will help with Flow and your mindset..
nice blog
